Excellent customer service. A relaxed environment and Jude and Pat were super friendly and knowledgeable.
They took the time to listen and advise what options would best suit our 10 year old, now and going forward.
Also, clearly passionate about cycling, safety and the ongoing use and serving of bikes that they set up and sell.
They also helped with questions about other family bikes and improving the set up of those.
We’ll definitely be using them ongoing.
We have previously used a high street car/bike seller, which was ok but we haven’t always felt comfortable with their knowledge or advice.
A completely different experience here and we’d definitely recommend them 😊
